Exhaust Dyeing

In exhaust dyeing (discontinuous dyeing) the dyes are getting dissolved or dispersed in water. Depending on their affinity towards the fibre supporting chemicals and auxiliaries are being used in the dye-liquor
(= water with dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries).

During the time & temperature program the movement of material or liquor ensures to perform a leveled dyeing. Adding dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries at their individual process step ensures best results.

The dye is exhausting onto the fibre and will be fixed during further Step. Any residual dye is removed during rinsing and after-treatment. Target is to achieve the fastness wanted.
