Wool + Environment
It is our duty to save our resources.
For finishing in textile industry the use of water, energy and chemicals is fundamental. To reduce those to a minimum and to reduce any contamination is our target.
An example for our efforts on CO2 reduction is the investment we have taken in modern steamer for gas and the usage of green power for our production
Ecology in production
The resources
All will end in our environment after usage.
Through computer controlled equipment for dyeing, dosing system for chemicals and latest technology for our steam engine and compressor we reduce the use of resources at our end.
Any contribution like this does produce an economical contribution at the same time.
Avoidance and prevention instead of disposal or discharge
Ecology on Humans
Textiles might bring chemicals to our body.
A responsible handling of chemicals limits this.
Öko Tex 100 is Standard.
Our history with organic textiles over many years provide examples. Nature textiles. We are member of IVN, www.naturtextil.com part of Global Organic Textile Standard (also Soil Association etc.)
